Privacy Policy

Piqo — GLP-1 Medication Tracker · Last updated: April 2026

Piqo is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you and only you. All data is stored locally on your device and synced privately through your personal iCloud account. We do not operate any servers that store, process, or have access to your health information.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, Piqo uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your personal devices. This data is encrypted and stored in your private iCloud container. Apple does not have access to the contents of your health records, and neither do we.

Apple HealthKit

With your explicit permission, Piqo can read from and write to Apple Health. This integration is entirely optional and controlled by you in Settings. Health data shared between Piqo and Apple Health never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.

Subscription Management

If you subscribe to Piqo+, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous identifier — no personal data, health data, or device identifiers are shared.

Third-Party Services

Piqo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service used is OpenFoodFacts for food barcode lookups, which does not receive any personal information.

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data at any time in PDF, CSV, or JSON format from Settings > Export Data.

You can delete all your data from Settings > Export Data > Delete All Data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and at this page.
